Adopted the Decision on remote electronic voting in the city of Moscow on September 19, 2021. Oversaw the falsification of the results of the 2021 State Duma election in the city of Moscow. As a result of the falsification of the results of the remote electronic voting, the overall voting results in all constituencies got reversed. This led to the victory of pro-government candidates, who were losing according to the results of voting at ordinary polling stations.
