Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technologies of the City of Moscow, Head of the Department for the Improvement of Territorial Administration and the Development of Smart Projects. Led a group of e-voting developers, prevented an independent audit of the e-voting at the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the city of Moscow in 2021. As a result of the falsification of the results of remote electronic voting, the overall voting results in all constituencies were reversed, which led to the victory of pro-government candidates, who were losing according to the results of voting in ordinary polling stations.
